On June 3, 2025, Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People’s Bank of China and Lan Fo’an, Minister of Finance, co-chaired the Sixth Meeting of Finance Ministers and Governors of Central (National) Banks of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Member States in Beijing. The meeting focused on issues including global and regional macroeconomic developments and policies, and fiscal and financial cooperation among SCO member states. Deputy Governor Xuan Changneng also attended the meeting.
